Two minor girls murdered Bijnore

Bijnore (UP), Feb 25 (PTI) Two minor girls were killedand their bodies dumped in a field by two persons whoallegedly wanted to implicate a village head in the murdercase after losing panchayat polls.

The bodies of Muskan, 10, and her cousin Asma, 9, werefound in a field owned by a local ''pradhan'' in Mangalkheravillage on Wednesday. The two had gone there to collectvegetables.

Police today arrested Anis Khureshi and Salman Ansarifor murdering the girls.

Police said Khureshi and Ansari had lost elections forthe post of village ''pradhan'' and decided to avenge theirdefeat by implicating him in the murder case.
