Gaddafi's conspiracy theory involving Al Qaeda

Muammar Gaddafi
Tripoli, Feb 25: While the world is keeping a close watch on the Libyan uprising, Muammar Gaddafi is playing it safe and passing the buck. While all the other diversionary tactics failed, the Libyan leader has now blamed Osama Bin Laden, the dreaded Al Qaeda leader for the uprising.

Gaddafi has proclaimed that he only had “moral authority" over Libyans while it was actually Bin Laden who was leading to the protests. The Libyan dictator expressed condolences on national television for all those killed in the protests and called for calm in the strife. He also added that the people who were engaging in conflict were taking hallucinogenic drugs.

He called for all Libyans not to be influenced by terror mastermind Osama Bin Laden. The protestors are rallying for the ouster of the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, who is a self-styled revolutionary leader who showcases himself as a choice of the people.

With an Egypt-like situation unfolding in Libya, the rebels want nothing but the ouster of Gaddafi. Several reports are coming out that he has employed mercenaries to suppress protestors, and have installed huge military contingents to curb further turmoil.

Countries are engaging in evacuation attempts to fly out their nationals to safety.

A massive protest is planned in Tripoli that is expected to be held after the prayers today (Friday).
