Court extends judicial remand of keshari murder accused
Purnia, Feb 24 (PTI) A local court today extended thejudicial remand of the BJP MLA Raj Kishore Keshari murder caseaccused Rupam Pathak and Nawalesh Pathak for another two weeksin Purnia district of Bihar.
Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) D.L. Prasad orderedextension of their judicial remand by another two weeks andalso deferred hearing on Rupam'' bail petition on her ownrequest during the court proceedings.
The police later took Rupam Pathak and NawaleshPathak to the district prison under tight security.
It may be mentioned that Keshari was stabbed todeath, allegedly by Rupam, at his residence on January 4 last.
