PB govt asks PM to take urgent steps on evacuation of Indians

The Deputy Chief Minister demanded inquiry by asitting Supreme Court Judge into massacre of over 76 people atHond-Chillar village in Rewari District of Haryana and accusedthat the incident was suppressed by successive Congressgovernments in the state for 26 long years.

Badal also accused the Congress of protecting SajjanKumar and Jagdish Tytler in 1984 anti-Sikh riots case. Hequestioned the silence of former chief minister AmarinderSingh on this "sensitive issue".

Announcing projects, worth Rs 15 crore for Dhurkot,Badal called upon SAD-BJP cadres to rise above petty issuesand work collectively to take the message of development tothe masses.

He said development coupled with governance reformswould ensure repeat mandate for SAD-BJP government.
