"Governance has collapsed in Andhra Pradesh. There iswidespread unrest among people of Telangana. It is not righton the Centre''s part to delay its decision on the statehoodissue," Chandrababu told reporters today.
Now that the Justice Srikrishna Committee has submittedits report to the Centre, the latter should act on it and takea decision, he said.

He alleged that some political parties were trying toturn the Centre''s indecision to their advantage and strengthenthemselves.
"The TRS and Jagan are trying to pursue a hidden agendawhile some other parties too are pursuing their own agendas.
But why are they attacking the TDP on the statehood issue?"Chandrababu wondered.
The TDP chief said he had permitted his party leaders toraise the statehood issue in tune with the sentiments ofpeople of the respective regions. "But they should notoverstep the party''s line and indulge in indiscipline," hecautioned.
