Warm day in Kashmir Valley

Srinagar, Feb 20 (PTI) The Kashmir Valley todaywitnessed a warm day with some places recording temperatures anotch or two above the normal.

Srinagar city recorded a maximum temperature of 10.3deg C, two degrees higher than normal for this time of theyear, a MET official said.

Light rainfall or snowfall was expected at isolatedplaces in the Valley, but the weather shall remain mainly drytomorrow, the official said.

The Valley had witnessed a very cold winter this timewith minimum temperatures falling to as low as minus sixdeg C.
