Social work students meet to begin on Wednesday

Kottayam, Feb 21 (PTI) Around 400 students from Kerala,Karnataka and Tamil Nadu would take part in a national levelsocial work students meet ''SPECTRA-11'' beginning on Wednesdayin Idukki district.

The objective of the meet is to promote social commitmentamong students and a congregation for social work students,the organisers of the meet told reporters today.

Theme of this year''s meet is "Resilient Youth forResilient Society", they said.

The three-day meet would be inaugurated by ChristianRolatt, International Council on Social Welfare president onFebruary 24.

Street plays, paper presentation, data mining, mime andposter presentation for social work students would beorganised during the days, they said.
