NCBE convention held

Vijayawada, Feb 20 (PTI) A one-day triennial conventionof National Confederation of Bank Employees was held heretoday.

L Balasubramanian, President, NCBE, said in hispresidential address that NCBE was resolved to fight againstthe anti-labour policies of the government.

Outsourcing and contract system should be abolished, hesaid.

A K Padmanabhan, President, CITU, said the country wasdivided between exploiters and exploited. He said that thecountry as a whole should be protected from the exploitationby the capitalists.

About 1000 delegates and 4,000 observers from allover the country attended the convention.
