JK authorities shielding culprits of Kishtwar food scam: PDP
Jammu, Feb 20 (PTI) Expressing concern over shortage ofration in remote areas of Marwah and Decchan blocks ofKishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir due to irregularitiesin supply of foodgrains, PDP today alleged that instead ofbringing the culprits to book, the authorities were trying toshield the culprits.
Mendhar Sardar MLA Rafiq Hussain Khan told reporters herethat the scam was exposed some months back but no action hasbeen taken so far in this regard.
He alleged that the authorities were going slow to protectthe culprits.
Contesting claims of the state government to launch a waragainst corruption, he said the Kishtwar foodgrain scam was atest case before the National Conference-led government. PTIAB
