Four MP lower court Judges suspended for misconduct
Jabalpur, Feb 21 (PTI) The Madhya Pradesh High Courttoday suspended four lower court Judges on the charges ofmisconduct.
The action was taken following a probe against theJudges, a senior official of the High Court said here.
The HC issued suspension orders against AdditionalDistrict Judges (ADJs) P C Gupta, posted at Baidhan inSingrauli district, R P Gupt, Jaora in Ratlam district, V SPatidar posted in Mandsaur and Judicial Magistrate First Class(JMFC) R K Yadav posted at Churhat, Sidhi district, he said.
During the suspension period, Gupta will be attachedto Shahdol court, Gupt to Dhar court, Patidar to Neemuch andYadav to Sidhi court, the offcial added.
