Michelle Obama, with daughters, skiing in Colorado

Washington, Feb 20 (ANI): US First Lady Michelle Obama and her daughters, Malia and Sasha, are on a private family trip to Colorado.

They left the White House on Friday evening for the weekend ski trip to Vail, Colo.

According to White House aides, President Obama, who spent Thursday and Friday meeting with technology executives on the West Coast, is not on the trip.

"The First Lady and the Obama daughters are on a private family trip to Colorado," the Politico quoted Michelle Obama's spokeswoman, Katie McCormick-Lelyveld, as saying in an e-mail.

"The First Lady and several close family friends are chaperoning their children on a ski trip. Personal expenses are being paid for by the Obamas," she added. (ANI)
