Man set on fire by neighbours over water dispute

Bhadohi, Feb 18 (PTI) A 60-year-old man suffered seriousburn injuries after he was set on fire by some people overwater dispute in Raipur village here today, police said.

Sakharam Shukla, a tea vendor, was set on fire by hisneighbours after an argument took place between them overtaking water from a hand pump, they said.

Shukla was rushed to a nearby hospital where hiscondition was stated to be critical. He has suffered 60 percent burn injuries, police said.

An FIR has been registered against five persons in thisregard.
