Chiranjeevi calls on Andhra Governor

Hyderabad, Feb 18 (PTI) Praja Rajyam Party president KChiranjeevi met Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan herethis evening.

Party MLAs accompanied Chiranjeevi. Though it wasdescribed as a courtesy call, PRP sources said Chiranjeevi andthe MLAs expressed dismay over the "rowdy behaviour" of TRSMLA T Harish Rao during Governor''s address to the jointsession of state Legislature yesterday.

They also discussed the attack by TRS MLAs on Lok SattaParty legislator N Jayaprakash Narayan and senior Congress MLCPaladugu Venkata Rao at the Assembly media point.

The PRP delegation sought stern action against theattackers.

Chiranjeevi also had a one-on-one meeting for about tenminutes with the Governor, the PRP sources added.
