BJP terms Governor''s address as hypocritical

Jaipur, Feb 15 (PTI) Terming Rajasthan Governor ShivRaj Patil''s address in the state Assembly today ashypocritical, BJP MLA Gulab Chand Kataria said the law andorder situation was deteriorating and the state governmentfailed to perform on various fronts.

In a statement, Kataria said the law and ordersituation in the state was not normal as stated by theGovernor and the government had not made any remarkableachievements.

The former Home Minister also alleged that farmerswere not getting proper electricity.

He said the state was lagging behind in the educationsector and there was no progress after implementation of theRight to Education Act.

The government also failed to address the issue ofunemployment, Kataria alleged.
