'Austerity campaigner' Cameron's £200K Jag sits outside Number 10

London, Feb 16 (ANI): For someone who preached that Government Ministers should take the Tube to slash government spending, David Cameron doesn't seem to be listening to his own message too well.

His 200,000-pound XJ X351 model Jaguar is just one of the gems of the Prime Minister's fleet that take him to official engagements.

It is specially modified for carrying Cameron and contains many features to stop a potential terrorist attack. It features special bullet and bombproof security armour, run-flat tyres, bullet-proof glass and even a self-contained oxygen supply, reports the Daily Mail.

The car has a 5.0-litre supercharged petrol engine which produces 503hp and a top speed of 165mph.

The standard model also contains a touch screen navigation system, massaging seats, and a 600W sound system with hard disk drive and media hub.

Last week, Cameron has said that his sole complaint about being Prime Minister is that he is unable to drive his beloved Honda CRV for security reasons.

During a trip to the Honda plant in Swindon, he told employees, "This beautiful machine sitting outside Downing Street, and I've not been in it for nine months. Just imagine the tragedy." (ANI)
