Special judicial magistrate submits resignation
Sultanpur (UP), Feb 15 (PTI) A special judicialmagistrate has forwarded his resignation to the Chief Justiceof the Allahabad High Court for receiving low honorarium afterhe was appointed to the post following his retirement from theIndian Air Force.
Ramakant Shukla, who was appointed as special judicialmagistrate six months back, has sent his resignation,addressed to the Governor, to the Chief Justice of theAllahabad High Court, administrative office of the districtjudge said.
Shukla, who retired from the post of warrant officerfrom the Indian Air Force, was appointed as the magistrate atan honorarium of Rs 2,000 per month.
