Vote-on-account likely for Mizoram
Aizawl, Feb 14 (PTI) As the Planning Commission hasnot finalised Mizoram''s annual plan outlay for the 2011-2012fiscal, Chief Minister Lal Thanhawla, who also holds financeportfolio, is most likely to seek a vote-on-account for thefirst four months of the next fiscal without presenting a fullstate annual budget, officials said today.
They met Mizoram governor Lt Gen (Retd) M M Lakheratoday.
The officials said Business Advisory Committee (BAC)headed by assembly speaker R Romawia was yet to chalk out thedetailed programme of the session to be addressed by thegovernor.
The BAC would soon meet to prepare detailed programmefor the coming session due to begin on March 22, the officialssaid.
