''Organisational weakness led to Cong poll reverses in Bihar''
Patna, Feb 12 (PTI) State Congress chief ChoudharyMehboob Ali Kaiser today said organisational weaknesses,irregularities in distribution of tickets and indisciplineprevented the party from faring well during theOctober-November 2010 polls in Bihar.
"Organisational weaknesses, indiscipline andirregularities in distribution of tickets did not not augurwell for the party which led to its bad performance", Kaisertold reporters after reviewing the reasons behind party''s poorshowing in the last assembly elections.
"We have take bold initiatives for making the Congressin Bihar more strong and vibrant henceforward", he said.
To aother query, Kaiser said he had constituted anad-hoc disciplinary committee to recommend action against theparty rebeles.
"The committee is likely to submit its report within afortnight for necessary action", he added.
