Unsatisfactory replies on JNU MMS, 2 expelled

New Delhi, Feb 13: Citing "unsatisfactory replies", two students, who were involved in JNU's recent MMS pornographic clip, have bee expelled and the other one has been rusticated.

The officials of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) on Saturday, Feb 12 asked the three students to leave the JNU campus as they used to stay in campus hostels.

Earlier the three students were asked to reply with explanation - why they should not be punished for their shameful act which marred the university's image.

Chief Proctor HB Bohidar on Saturday declared that the replies were "unsatisfactory" and stated, "two students responded but they repeated what they had told us during the inquiry. The university administration found the replies unsatisfactory."

The boy in the MMS clip, Janardan Kumar of School of Languages, was missing from Tapti Hostel room.

The sex tape that was released by one of the student of renowned Jawharlal Nehru University hit the internet around the nation. It has become a talk of the town - how students from reputed institutions started involving in such inglorious acts.
