Hindi teacher from Orissa honoured
Berhampur (Orissa), Feb 13 (PTI) A Hindi teacher fromDAV School here has been honoured by the Rashtra BhashaPrachar Samiti for his success at the national-level Acharyaexamination.
Teacher Jeetendra Kumar Das was felicitated andpresented medal at a function held recently at Wardha inMaharashtra.
The Acharya examination, conducted by Rastra BhasaPrachar Samiti, is the highest test of the organisation. Dassecured first position among five students across the state,who have cleared the crucial examination held last year.
"I came to know my position recently when the Samiticommunicated me about the felicitation ceremony for securingfirst position in the examination," Das said.
Das has done his post-graduate in Hindi language fromBerhampur University, besides B.Ed.
