Two arrested for abetting former army jawan''s suicide

Muzaffarnagar, Feb 12 (PTI) Two persons have beenarrested for allegedly abetting the suicide of an ex-Armyjawan, officials here said today.

Vijay Kumar, who was depressed over a family dispute,allegedly killed his four children before committing suicideby consuming poison at Rampuri locality here yesterday, policesaid.

Police has registered a case against two persons,including Prashant Bhargo, who allegedly had an illicitrelationship with Kumar''s wife Gudiya, said officials.

Gudiya allegedly committed suicide ten days back aftertheir relationship was opposed by the family.

Kumar, who was depressed following his wife''s death,allegedly killed his four children identified as Swati (11),Shashank (9), Shweta (8) and Suriyan (7) by giving them poisonbefore committing suicide.
