Here are the images of Nokia WP7 smartphones!

Helsinki, Feb 12: Just hours after the 'proclamation' of historic Nokia-Microsoft alliance, media managed to leak the images of upcoming Nokia smartphones that run on Microsoft Windows Phone 7 OS.

The technology blog Engadget, reported the conceptual images of Nokia WP7 smartphones which are designed by the engineers from both companies. The report added that the shape of these upcoming smartphones is between Nokia's N8 and C7 Symbian devices.

According to the reports, Nokia WP7 phones will hit the market in different attractive colours. But it doesn't stated anything about the release date and the specification and features available on the phone.

Earlier on Friday, Feb 11, Nokia CEO Stephen Elop announced the "broad strategic partnership" with Microsoft. According to the deal, Microsoft's Windows Phone 7 OS will be Nokia's primary smartphone platform. This agreement includes alliance in other areas like Map and Search services. While Microsoft's Bing will power Nokia's search services, Microsoft's mapping services will use Nokia Maps.
