Swamy to nail Sonia in 2G row to get 'clean India'

New Delhi, Feb 12: Former Telecom Minister A Raja has already been arrested. Supreme Court has much pressurised the investigating agency, CBI over the progress of the 2G scam investigation. Now, Janata Party President Subramanian Swami vowed to bring in Congress President Sonia Gandhi as the head of 2G spectrum scam to get a "clean India."

"Just wait and see. Halfway through 2G spectrum case, I will bring in Sonia Gandhi into it. Nothing is going to go wrong in this case. This case is going to make a modern, new and clean India," asserted Swamy.

Earlier Swamy claimed Sonia and DMK supremo M Karunanidhi as the main "big fishes" of 2G scam and called Raja as the mere "small actor" in the whole 2G spectrum drama.

Swamy, during an interview, stated, "Raja is just a small actor. Sonia Gandhi and Karunanidhi are the big fish in the 2G spectrum scam. Raja did what Karunanidhi and Sonia ordered him to do."

Taking another hand on the present telecom minister Kapil Sibal, Swamy also claimed, "He (Sibal) is a creation of Sonia Gandhi...Otherwise, he has no political base."

Sibal, he (Swamy) added, had been "put in the chair to see the 2G spectrum licenses are not cancelled."

Swamy even did not spare Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as the Janata Party president claimed, "Manmohan Singh is behaving like the Bhishmapita in the Hindu mythology. As Bhishma looked the other way when Draupadi was stripped."
