Don''t reverse J-K''s integration process with India: BJP

Jammu, Feb 12 (PTI) BJP today warned the Centreagainst taking any step to "reverse the integration process"of Jammu and Kashmir with India, saying it will have "seriousrepercussions".

"We warn the central government of seriousrepercussions, if any step is taken to reverse the integrationprocess of J and K with India," BJP''s state Legislative partyleader Chaman Lal Gupta said here.

Demanding abrogation of Article 370, Gupta said manyproblems in the state are due to the special status of Jammuand Kashmir in the Constitution.

He alleged that acting under various external andinternal pressures, the Centre has already taken a decision onthe state and they used interlocutors as "tools." Gupta saidthe Centre wants that "special status of Jammu and Kashmirmust not be disturbed".
