Ahluwalia attends centenary celebrations of his high school

Hyderabad, Feb 12 (PTI) Planning Commission''s DeputyChairman Montek Singh Ahluwalia today attended as Chief Guestthe centenary celebrations of St. Patrick''s High School atSecunderabad here, of which he is an alumni.

Speaking on the occasion, he appreciated the educationhe received at St. Patrick''s High School from 1953-57.

"I am really pleased to be back here. I visited St.

Patrick''s on two occasions earlier. But it is a very specialmoment to be the Chief Guest on the occasion of the 100thanniversary. There are not many schools in India that canclaim to be 100-years-old. I certainly think I did pretty wellout of coming here," he said.

He said he received good education, love, attentionand values while in St. Patrick''s.
