Two dead as bus overturns

Ahmedabad, Feb 11 (PTI) Two women were killed today and10 others injured when a state transport bus turned turtlenear Gandhinagar, police said.

The incident took place near Shahpur cross road underSector 7 police station of the state capital, they said.

According to police, the Ahmedabad-Mansa state transportbus proceeding towards Gandhinagar, while trying to avoidcollision with a truck on the crossroad, lost control andoverturned killing two on the spot.

The injured have been admitted to Gandhinagar civilhospital.

A case has been registered and further investigations areon, police added.
