Doctor held for allegedly trying to rape patient
Lucknow Feb 10 (PTI) A doctor was arrested in Aligarhtoday on the charge of trying to rape a 12-year-old girl whohad gone to his clinic for a check-up.
Special Director General of Police Brij Lal said DrTanveer was arrested on the complaint of the father of thegirl.
The girl had gone to the clinic yesterday evening inconnection with a problem in her ear when the doctor madea bid to rape her, Brij Lal said adding as she raised an alarmhe fled.
A case was registered at the Gangiri police stationand he was later arrested.
