San Francisco, Feb 10: The latest abuzz doing rounds in the gadget market is the rumors of Nokia's plan to adopt Microsoft Windows Phone 7 OS. Adding more spice, Bloomberg has reported that Nokia and Microsoft are in talks of a partnership.

Earlier we reported, Nokia CEO Elop's comment on "capitalise and/or join a competitive ecosystem" that sparked for the rumors of change in operating system. Bloomberg report said that the partnership between the two giants, Nokia and Microsoft, will gave gains to both.

The world's largest handset maker Nokia has been facing down turn in the market from Google Android devices and Apple iPhones. At the same time, Microsoft also failed to impress the gadget lovers with WP7. Being a dominater in computer and software market, Microsoft plans to get more shares in smartphone market, that is expected to grow than other tech products.

Some other technology blogs added that Stephen Elop is holding talks with Google's CEO, Eric Schmidt for Android OS but, being an ex-Microsoft employee, chances are more for Microsoft. The announcement on 'change in the ecosystem' can be expected at Nokia Investors Event in London on Feb 11. Let's wait for the Big Announcement.
