Obamas ban Facebook

As a fiercely protective mother of two girls, Michelle will keep a tab on social networking sites entering the confines of the children's room in the White House. The two daughters Sasha, 9, and Malia, 12 will have to wait a little longer to befriend somebody that their mother doesn't approve of through Facebook. She also mentioned Secret Service security issues as the reason for the blanket ban on Facebook for the children.
Mrs.Obama was also quoted as saying in the interview that her disapproval of the children using Facebook has nothing to do with living in the White House. She said, "Facebook is not something they need. Maybe when they get older, they could." Michelle also claimed that she has really not put much thought into whether the children can access Facebook after they leave the White House.
This is one mother who uses her head before her heart. Are all the mothers out there listening?
