Two Guj ministers injured in road mishap

Ahmedabad, Feb 9 (PTI) Revenue Minister Anandi Patel andMinister of State for Women and Child Welfare Vasu Trivediwere injured in a road mishap on the Express Highway in Khedadistrict of Gujarat, police said.

The incident took place near Chaklasi village in Nadiadon the highway in the early hours when the duo were travellingtogether in a car, they said.

According to police, the ministers'' vehicle dashed into acar from ther rear, which had crashed into a truck earlier.

Both the ministers and their driver, received minorinjuries in the accident and were admitted to SAL Hospitalhere.

SAL hospital spokesperson Mahesh Yagnik said Patel andTrivedi were under observation and the driver, who sufferedbruises has been discharged.
