Scams will finally lead to mid term polls: Chautala

Rewari, Feb 8 (PTI) Indian National Lok Dal today saidthe slew of scams that continue to hit the Centre will finallylead to the dissolution of Lok Sabha and mid-term polls in thecountry.

"The scams incessantly tumbling out of the Congress-ledUPA government''s cupboard are bound to lead to the dissolutionof the present Lok Sabha and holding of a mid-term poll in thecountry," INLD president and former Haryana Chief Minister OmPrakash Chautala told reporters at Kosli yesterday.

The remarks came when the INLD chief was asked to commenton a suspected scam worth Rs 2 lakh crore in S-Band spectrumallotments.

Asked about Indian black money stashed in foreign banks,Chautala said if the current sequence of events was anindication, the country will certainly get back its money.

Commenting on the state of affairs in Haryana, he saidthe Hooda government is surviving on the support of fiveHaryana Janhit Congress MLAs, who are facing disqualification,and hence its fall was only a matter of time.

Earlier, addressing a constituency level convention ofparty activists, Chautala said INLD alone was capable ofending the "misrule" of the Hooda regime in Haryana.

"The people can lead a life of honour and dignity onlyafter its misgovernance of Hooda government is gone," he said.

Alleging that the one-point agenda of the Congress was topromote the interests of the capitalist class, he called uponparty workers in general and the youth in particular tostrengthen the organization and expedite the common man''sriddance from Congress "misrule".
