BJP demands time-bound implementation of projects

Itanagar, Feb 9 (PTI) The BJP in ArunachalPradesh has demanded time-bound implementation of alldevelopmental projects in the state.

The party in a statement said that the stategovernment should expedite the completion of four-laning of NH52(A) connecting the state capital from Banderdewa andHollongi.

"The state government should not pay a lip service ifthe required fund worth Rs 500 crore for the said road wasreleased by the Centre", the party said.

"The turnover in the development funds of the borderstate has again proved that there is no dearth of funds fromthe Centre vis-a-vis the ability and strength of the stateleadership in mobilizing development funs for thestate", party spokesman Tai Tagak said.

The party also appreciated Chief Minister DorjeeKhandu for undertaking various developmental initiatives inthe state.
