Three arrested for taking bribe in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Feb 8 (PTI) Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureautoday arrested three state government employees, including anassistant sub-inspector, for allegedly taking bribe inseparate cases, an senior official said here.

"ASI Gopal Singh posted with Amber police station herewas arrested for taking bribe of Rs. 2000 from one Lalaram forarresting a person against whom the complainant had filed anFIR few days back." IG-ACB DC Jain said.

"In another case, Block Education Officer SambratSingh of Begun in Chittorgarh district was caught while takingRs 2500 from one Hemraj for executing a High Court order onthe complainant''s appointment as a teacher," he said.

Lower Division Clerk Sandeep Sharma of TaranagarTehsil office in Churu district was also arrested for takingbribe of Rs. 2000, Jain added.
