CBI shuts chance to extend Aarushi murder probe

New Delhi, Feb 8: The Aarushi murder probe controversy is seeing no end. The Special CBI court was looking into the CBI's decision to close the report due to lack of tangible evidence. The special court maintained that there was no further probe needed on the case that has been stretched for a long time now.

The special court reserved its decision on the closure report and the investigative agencies confirmed that they haven't been able to point out one single accused and reiterated that there was no body else in the house beside the parents.

The CBI stressed that further investigations need not be conducted. The Talwars appeared extremely disappointed on the news and were quoted as saying that they were being unfairly targetted and were not looking for the double murder of Aarushi Talwar and the househelp Hemraj.

The Talwars did not make their presence in the court for the hearing.
