Missing man''s body found hanging from tree

Greater Noida, Feb 6 (PTI) A man who had been missingsince the last four days was found hanging from a tree atSurajpur Devla village here today, police said.

Village residents informed the police, which brought thebody down.

The deceased was identified as Avdhesh (26), a factoryworker who had gone missing on February 2.

Police said the man''s father suspected that he was killedby two of his friends. He claimed they were making threateningcalls to him since the last fortnight.

Police said it was being probed whether it was a case ofsuicide or murder. The body has been sent for post-mortem. PTICORR
