Rs 15 lakh looted

Keonjhar (Orissa), Feb 5 (PTI) Armed miscreantslooted Rs 15 lakh from employees of a private company afteropening fire on their vehicle in Orissa''s Keonjhar districttoday.

Police said three employees of the company and thedriver of the jeep were returning here after withdrawing themoney from a bank when the miscreants attacked them nearBaneikala, they said.

They fired and injured the driver on his right shoulderbefore decamping with the cash.

The driver was later admitted to a hospital.

A massive manhunt has been launched to nab themisreants, the police added.
