Rawat demands CBI probe into irregularities in SAF Games

Dehradun, Feb 5 (PTI) The Opposition Congress inUttarakhand today demanded a CBI probe into the allegedfinancial irregularities in SAF Winter Games held in the statelast month.

Leader of the Opposition in the state Assembly HarakSingh Rawat told reporters here he has written to the PrimeMinister for a CBI probe into the "misappropriation andirregularities" by the BJP government in the South AsianFederation Games.

He also said the international players who had come tothe state to participate in the Games had to faced severalproblems said due to mismanagement.
