IT Dept unearths undisclosed income of Rs 11 cr in MP
Indore, Feb 5 (PTI) An undisclosed income to the tune ofaround Rs 11 crore was unearthed over the two-day long surveycarried out by the Income Tax (IT) Department in westernMadhya Pradesh at different places, officials said.
The IT sleuths carried out the exercise at five placesassociated with people in real estate, seeds and oil businessat Mhow and Pigdambar in Indore and Alot in Ratlam district,they said.
Computer hard disc and other documents related to theconcealed income were recovered during the survey, officialssaid adding that the quantum of undisclosed income could go upafter a close scrutiny of the records.
