Helpline registers over 750 civic complaints in Noida

Noida, Feb 5 (PTI) A total of 758 complaints have beenreceived in less than a month under the ''Lok Mitra Sewa'', asystem under which complaints on civic issues can be made overthe phone.

Launched on January 14, the scheme enables aggrievedcitizens to record their complaints in an Integrated VoiceRecording System.

These complaints are then sent to nodal officers, whowithin three days address the grievances.

District Magistrate Deepak Aggarwal, who review thescheme today, said action on majority of the complaints havebeen taken by the officers concerned.
