Four IAS officials appointed as principal secretaries

Lucknow, Feb 6 (PTI) The Uttar Pradesh government hasposted four IAS officials as principal secretaries, anofficial spokesman said here today.

Secretary finance B S Bhullar has been posted asprincipal secretary in the same department, whereas chiefelectoral officer Umesh Sinha has been made principalsecretary elections, the spokesman said.

Medical and health secretary Prabhat Kumar Sarangi hasbeen posted as principal secretary minority welfare whilesecretary animal husbandry Harsharan Das has been posted asprincipal secretary in the same department.

Principal secretary family welfare Pradeep Shukla hasbeen given additional charge of medical education department.
