BJP rules out snap polls in Karnataka
Hubli, Feb 5 (PTI) Ruling out snap assembly polls inKarnataka, BJP state President K S Eshwarappa today said theparty''s government would complete its full five-year term.
"There will not be mid-term polls to Karnataka stateassembly. BJP will complete its five-year term," he toldreporters here.
Dismissing the talk about mid-term polls as a "creation"of opposition Congress, JD(S) and Governor H R Bhardwaj, hesaid the people had given a clear mandate to BJP to rule forfive years and the government now in its third year wouldcomplete the term.
"Yeddyurappa as Chief Minister will be the BJP leader andunder his leadership we will work. There is no iota of doubtand there is no change of leadership", Eshwarappa added. PTICORR BH VS
