Teacher''s hair chopped off after school gets 65 students a cut

Pune, Feb 5 (PTI) Activists of BJP youth wing resorted toa novel protest here when they cut hair of a teacher in a cityschool in a retaliation of sorts against the management''sdisciplinary measure to subject about 65 students to a shortcrop.

A group of BJP yuva morcha workers led by Ganesh Ghoshstaged a protest demonstration in the school premises lastevening condemning the management''s act in which the studentssporting long hair were handed over to barbers who were askedto give them a "soldier cut" in keeping with the disciplinarynorms.

Ghosh told PTI today the protest was organised by theparty workers after they received a complaint from someparents who had objected to the forcible measure upsetting thestudents.

"We gave a school teacher the taste of their own medicinewhen he was found keeping a hair style like Shahrukh Khan," headded. The school principal was not available for comment onthe incident.
