Man murdered

New Delhi, Feb 4 (PTI) A 20-year-old man was stabbed todeath in east Delhi this evening and police suspect one of hisfriends with whom he had problems.

The incident took place in Samriti Park in pocket B ofMayur Vihar Phase III at around 5:30 pm and the victim hasbeen identified as Prem Sharma, resident of Giroli Dairy Farm.

"Sharma was called from the house by his friend Rana andlater he called Sharma''s younger brother telling him that hisbrother had been stabbed by some persons from Trilokpuri. Ranais absconding," a senior police official said.

Police suspect that Rana is behind the murder.

"The duo were not in good terms in the past. However,they had patched up recently," the official said.

A case has been registered.
