Ravishankar advices Guj ministers, bureaucrats
Ahmedabad, Feb 4 (PTI) Every human beings has desires,responsibilities and aspirations, but one must strive toreduce desires and accepting more responsibilities forhappiness and higher pursuits, spiritual guru Sri SriRavishankar said today.
Ravishankar was speaking at the three day ''ChintanShibir'' (brainstorming session) of top state bureaucrats andministers of Gujarat at Mehasana town, neighbouring the city.
"Indian culture has a tradition of seeking the blessingsof the seniors and elders, ensuring the transfer of positivevibes to next generation," said Ravishankar, who is thefounder of ''Art of Living'' said.
"The success is sure for one who has a vision, honestyand empathy, and who has the capacity to increase efficiency,"he further said.
Earlier in the day, all the officials and ministerincluding Chief Minister Narendra Modi performed yoga andpranayam.
