Modi tells bureaucrats, Gujarat Ministers to work as one team

Ahmedabad, Feb 3 (PTI) Chief Minister Narendra Moditoday told a gathering of top bureaucrats and Ministers thatthey should work as ''Team Gujarat'' for the state''s rapiddevelopment.

"As Team Gujarat we should work for realising thedreams of people of Gujarat. We, and not me, should be ourmotto," he said.

Modi was speaking at a gathering of top IAS officersof the state and Council of Ministers at the three-day"chintan shibir" (brainstorming session) being held atMehasna. The event began yesterday.

By discussing and sharing experiences of governancewith each other, officials and Ministers can find out new waysto solve the problems of people, the BJP leader said.

The Modi Government has been organising "chintanshibirs" for the last seven years to discuss the issue ofgovernance and welfare of the people.
