All complaints against CM, others posted for tomorrow
Bangalore, Feb 3 (PTI) A local court today posted tilltomorrow arguments on all the five complaints filed againstKarnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa and others, includinghis son-in-law, over allegations of corruption.
The court gave the direction after Yeddyurappa''sson-in-law Sohan Kumar filed an application in response to thefifth complaint against him seeking stay of the proceedings onthe grounds that the same matter was being probed by theLokayukta.
At this, the counsel for the petitioners C HHanumantharaya filed his objections and requested AdditionalCivil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge C B Hipparagi,hearing the complaints, to post these for arguments tomorrow.
The Special Judge then posted all the five complaintsfiled against Yeddyurappa and some of his family members forarguments tomorrow.
