Minimum temperatures rise further
Chandigarh, Feb 3 (PTI) Cold conditions relented inmost parts of Punjab and Haryana today with minimumtemperature rising in the region.
Chandigarh recorded a minimum of 9.2 deg C, up twonotches, the MeT said here.
In Haryana, Ambala recorded a low of 8 deg C, oneabove normal.
Gurgaon registered a low of 9 deg C, up three notches,while the low at Hisar was 8.4 deg C, up one degree.
The low at Karnal settled at 7 deg C, while Rohtakrecorded a minimum of 7.1 deg C, up one notch.
In Punjab, Ludhiana recorded a low of 10 deg C, upthree notches, while the low at Patiala was 8.8 deg C, twoabove normal.
The low at Amritsar settled at 7 deg C, up twonotches.
