Raja''s brother grilled by CBI

New Delhi, Feb 1 (PTI) CBI today grilled the brotherof former telecom minister A Raja in connection with the 2Gspectrum scam.

Official sources said Raja''s brother A K Perumal cameto the CBI headquarters here in the morning and hisquestioning took place till late in the evening.

Sources said the agency is in the process ofquestioning everyone whose premises were searched by it inconnection with the investigations into the scam.

The agency had questioned Raja yesterday for overeight hours.

Though officials were tight-lipped about the line ofquestioning, sources said, he was questioned on certainfinancial transactions and his dealings with certain firms.

CBI had yesterday questioned former Union minister ARaja for the third time in connection with the funding andallegedly showing favours to some telecom companies ingranting 2G spectrum between October 2007 and 2008.

Sources said another associate of Raja was alsoquestioned today in the same case.
