Man arrested for murder of nephew

Jamnagar, Feb 1 (PTI) A man has been arrested for thealleged murder of his seven-year-old nephew in Vadinar villagenear here today, police said.

Ayub Jumabhai was apprehended after mutilated body ofhis nephew Nazi Umar, who had been missing since the last twodays, was found from behind Vadinar police station, they said.

Investigation revealed that Nasir''s uncle Ayub hadallegedly kidnapped him and killed him over some domesticquarrel he had with his brother, police said.

The body has been sent for postmortem at the CivilHospital to ascertain the cause of death, they said, adding amurder case has been registered against Jumabhai andfurther investigation was on.
