Maruti Suzuki to launch Kizashi on Feb 2

The new luxury sedan Kizashi, which means 'good omen' or 'sign of good things to come', is powered by a 2.4 litre petrol engine that can provide 185 Bhp of peak power and 230 Nm of torque. It is expecxted to have six speed auto transmission with paddle shifts or a six speed manual.
Maruti Suzuki Kizashi will compete with Honda Accord, Chevrolet Cruze, Volkswagen Jetta and Toyota Corolla with its high end comfort facilities. Maruti ensures cent percent comfortable and safe journey through their new kid.
Maruti Suzuki first introduced Kizashi in Indian auto expo in 2010 as a prototype. With Kizashi, Maruti aims to compete with other luxury models who reign the D sedgment. Currently, Maruti controls the A, B, and C segments with Swift, Alto, Zen, Maruti 800, A-Star, SX4 and DZire.
Maruti plans to import Kizashi to India after fully manufacturing from main Suzuki facility in Japan. Maruti Suzuki Kizashi is expected to cost between 16 lakh to 20 lakh. Stay tuned for more updates.
